Application of Plastic Hollow Board Turnover Box Production Line Workshop
Hollow board turnover boxes are widely used across virtually all industries. Wherever cardboard boxes can be employed, they can almost always be replaced with plastic hollow boards. Moreover, most applications that currently rely on solid-plastic turnover boxes can also be effectively served by plastic hollow-board turnover boxes. The superior properties of the plastic hollow-board material naturally endow hollow-board turnover boxes with similar advantages. With the advancement of automation and the resulting increase in production speed, plastic hollow-board turnover boxes have become an essential component of this highly efficient process. The surface resistivity of these antistatic hollow boards can be precisely regulated within the range of 10⁵ to 10¹¹ ohms. Hollow boards are widely used in various industries, including electronics, packaging, machinery, light industry, postal services, food processing, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, household appliances, advertising, interior decoration, cultural products, optomagnetic technology, bioengineering, healthcare, and many other fields. They represent a new type of environmentally friendly packaging material.
Today, we’ll focus on the application of hollow-board turnover boxes in automated production lines. Because these boxes are made of hollow material, they’re relatively lightweight, which means they don’t place high demands on the load-bearing capacity of the production line, making them highly convenient to use. Some suppliers may also consider whether these boxes are resistant to wear and tear. Hollow plastic boards come in different thicknesses; those that are 5 mm or thicker have a significantly higher wear-resistance rating. Typically, such hollow-board turnover boxes can withstand over 200 cycles of transportation on a production line before showing signs of wear.
