Hollow board, thanks to its impact-resistant and long-lasting durability, typically has a relatively long service life. Moreover, after use, it can be recycled and reprocessed. In the manufacturing process of hollow boards, multiple aspects must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure product quality. So, which specific areas of the hollow board need to be cleaned?

Resin pellets must be kept clean and tidy: To prevent dust from adhering to the surface of the pellets due to electrostatic attraction and subsequently becoming visible within the hollow board as a result of light refraction, it is essential to ensure that the exterior of the packaging, the surrounding area, and the container itself are thoroughly cleaned before opening the package. Operators should also pay close attention to maintaining their own personal hygiene. For pellets that have already been opened, careful inspection is required; any remaining pellets should be carefully resealed to facilitate future use.
