What is an antistatic hollow board?

Anti-static hollow boards are produced by adding a special conductive material during the manufacturing process, which enhances the conductivity of the hollow board. This allows static electricity from contacted products to be dissipated, thereby preventing the damage caused by static electricity to the products. The resistance of antistatic hollow boards is 10⁶–10¹¹ Ω, while conductive hollow boards typically have a resistance of 10³–10⁵ Ω. Currently, these products find extensive applications in the electronics, plastics, and textile industries. In particular, electronic components are prone to damage when exposed to excessive static electricity. Therefore, in the storage and transportation of electronic products, the combination of antistatic containers and dividers is the most widely adopted solution.
