How should PP hollow board products be maintained?
Hollow board applications are quite widespread, but there are certain details that need to be taken into account during use; otherwise, the service life of the hollow board could be shortened.
1. The raw material used for producing PP hollow board turnover boxes has poor heat resistance. Therefore, when using PP-based plastic hollow board turnover boxes, care should be taken to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. PP hollow board turnover boxes that have been exposed to sunlight are highly susceptible to aging, which can significantly shorten their service life.
2. PP hollow board turnover boxes are prone to deformation. Therefore, when placing goods into PP hollow board turnover boxes, care must be taken not to drop them from a height. Goods should be properly arranged in accordance with the prescribed stacking guidelines—avoid concentrating them in one specific area of the box or stacking them off-center.
3. The PP hollow board turnover box must not be dropped from a height to avoid damage such as cracks or breakage caused by severe impacts.
4. During transportation, when using forklifts or manual hydraulic trucks to handle PP hollow boards, be sure to lift the pallet as smoothly and steadily as possible before changing the angle. Avoid letting the forks strike the sides of the pallet, as this could cause the pallet to break and indirectly damage the PP hollow board containers and the goods they carry. When placing pallets on shelves, always use shelf-type pallets; the maximum load capacity should be determined according to the shelf structure, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
