With a melting point of 150°C, these boards remain undeformed even at high temperatures up to 170°C without external force applied. They are also the lightest among all plastic products.

The material of PP hollow sheets determines their non-toxicity, non-polluting nature, corrosion resistance, waterproof properties, and shock resistance. Some factories can incorporate flame-retardant masterbatches into flame-retardant hollow sheets based on different requirements, making them suitable for outdoor billboards with high fire safety standards—such as those used for Christmas decorations or in dry environments. Additionally, by blending UV-resistant color masterbatches, UV-resistant PP hollow sheets can be produced and are widely used in the construction of greenhouse roofs.
