The diverse design of plastic hollow-core boxes caters to different applications.
There are four different styles of plastic hollow-board boxes, depending on their intended use: standard type, covered type, hinged-lid type, and foldable type.
1. Standard plastic hollow-core boxes: A common design features edge strips and bent corners around the perimeter, which enhance the box’s structural strength and stability, facilitate stacking, and save space. The boxes can also be equipped with angled openings for easy access to stored items.
2. Plastic hollow-core boxes with lids: These are modified versions of standard boxes designed to provide enhanced product protection, primarily serving as dustproof barriers. Common lid types include plastic hollow-core box lids and mesh-covered lids.
3. Reinforced周转箱: The box’s four bottom corners and four sides, as well as its height edges, are reinforced with aluminum or plastic protective strips, providing more comprehensive protection for the items stored inside; they also offer stronger resistance to overlapping loads.
4. Hinged-lid plastic hollow-board box: The box body is designed in the style of a cardboard box. The hinged lid can be used in combination with other design components. The bottom of the box folds in a crisscross pattern; once folded, it occupies very little space, making it lightweight and convenient for storage and transportation.
5. Foldable Plastic Hollow-Board Box: The design features a foldable bottom and upper flange, allowing the box to be folded for compact storage, thus occupying minimal space and offering flexible and convenient transportation and storage. The box is reinforced with edge strips and movable corner brackets around its perimeter, enhancing its structural strength and durability.
