What are the components of a hollow board turnover box?
The hollow-board turnover box can be used either on its own or in combination with inner packaging materials. The box itself consists of the following components:
1. Velcro. Primarily used on foldable and carton-style hollow board周转 boxes, it allows for easy bonding between the box body and the lid, enabling repeated opening and closing for numerous cycles.
2. Handle clips. These can be fixed to both sides of the hollow-board turnover boxes; typically, each box is equipped with two clips. Their purpose is to facilitate the retrieval and movement of the boxes.
3. Corner fittings—available as PP swivel corners—can be made from three materials: PP, PVC, and aluminum alloy. They are primarily installed at the four corners of the box, with four units required per box. These corners are securely fastened to the box using nails, ensuring exceptional durability and stability.
4. The side strips can be made from three materials: PP, PVC, and aluminum alloy. They have a U-shaped groove design, and the quantity of side strips used is determined based on the size of the box, serving to provide auxiliary reinforcement for the box structure.
5. Bottom corners—available in three materials: PP, PVC, and aluminum alloy—help prevent the bottom of the box from directly touching the ground. They can also be designed as stacking corners, making it convenient to stack boxes together and extending the service life of hollow board boxes.
The internal packaging materials for hollow board turnover boxes can be freely combined according to customer requirements. Common configurations include hollow board blade cards, hollow board plus EPE/EVA, and hollow board plus EPE plus PE bags, among others.
1. Hollow-board blade holder. It can be designed for packaging according to any product dimensions requested by the customer and is available in three types: standard, antistatic, and conductive. It can also be reused multiple times, effectively protecting items from compression and impact.
2. Hollow board + EPE/EVA. This combination effectively protects product surfaces from scratches. Customizable dimensions allow for the design of inner packaging tailored to irregularly shaped products. The boards can be coated with materials such as EPE and EVA, providing friction resistance and cushioning effects for the products.
3. Hollow board + EPE + PE bag. This combination provides cushioning for products, protecting them from impacts. It is primarily used as a separator for electrostatic-sensitive high-tech electronic products.
